We use a transparent grading system to describe the cosmetic condition of our refurbished computers:

Like New Condition - Appears brand new or very close to new. May have been opened but shows no signs of use. No visible scratches, dents, or wear marks.

Grade A

Excellent Condition - Minor signs of use. May have very slight cosmetic imperfections that are barely noticeable. Fully functional with no issues.

Grade B

Good Condition - Shows normal signs of previous use. May have light scratches or wear marks visible upon close inspection. Fully functional with no significant issues.

Grade C

Fair Condition - Noticeable signs of use. May have visible scratches, scuffs, or minor dents. Fully functional but shows clear evidence of previous use.

Important: Regardless of cosmetic grade, ALL computers undergo the same rigorous functional testing and must meet our performance standards to be sold. The grade reflects only the physical appearance, not the internal condition or performance capability.
