Support ended 14 October 2025
We work out which of your machines can simply be upgraded, replace only the ones that genuinely can’t with tested refurbished business laptops, move everything across, and dispose of the old hardware properly.

You may not need to replace everything
Plenty of machines sold from 2018 onward meet the Windows 11 requirements and can be upgraded at no hardware cost. The audit tells you which — we would rather upgrade ten and replace three than sell you thirteen laptops.
Why it matters
Microsoft's consumer Extended Security Updates bridge ends 13 October 2026. Commercial ESU can be bought for longer, but it is a paid stay of execution rather than a fix.
No security patches
Since 14 October 2025, vulnerabilities found in Windows 10 are not fixed. They are still published — so they are known to attackers and unpatched on your machines.
Compliance exposure
If you hold patient or client data, running an unsupported operating system is hard to defend. HIPAA asks you to protect against malicious software; an OS nobody patches works against that.
Software starts dropping support
Practice management systems, browsers and security tools follow Microsoft. Vendors stop testing against an unsupported OS, and eventually stop installing on it.
Insurance questions
Cyber policies increasingly ask whether your systems are supported and patched. Answering honestly can affect a renewal, or a claim.
How it works
We inventory what you have
Which machines run Windows 10, which can take Windows 11, and which cannot. Usually fewer need replacing than people expect.
Upgrade what qualifies
Machines meeting the Windows 11 requirements get upgraded in place. No hardware cost, no migration.
Replace what does not
Tested refurbished business laptops — the same machines we sell wholesale — configured, migrated and delivered. A fraction of new, with a warranty.
Dispose of the old ones properly
Drives wiped to standard with a certificate, hardware recycled. Not left in a cupboard holding readable data.
Why refurbished
We already grade, test and sell refurbished business laptops by the pallet. Replacing an office at that cost, with machines we have tested ourselves, is the part of this we can do more cheaply than anyone quoting you new hardware.
Business-grade machines, graded and tested before they ship
Configured and migrated before delivery, not after
Covered by warranty
Old drives wiped to standard, with a certificate
What happens to the old machines
Drives are wiped to a documented standard and you get a certificate for your records. Working hardware is refurbished and resold; the rest is recycled. Nothing with readable data leaves in a box to be dealt with later.
